Privacy Policy

The short version

Agentarivm is self-hosted. Your code, repositories, credentials, prompts and sessions live on your machine and never reach us. The software collects no usage telemetry; the only thing it ever sends us is its daily license check — a license key, an anonymous machine identifier and a version number. This website runs no analytics and sets no cookies.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Marcel Čampa s.p., Slovenia — marcel@stelynx.com.

2. The software

The manager and the client apps process your data — repositories, git worktrees, session history, device certificates, configuration — entirely on hardware you control. We have no access to any of it. What the agents send to their providers when running (Anthropic for Claude Code, OpenAI for Codex), and what the manager exchanges with GitHub, is governed by your own agreements with those providers.

3. Your account and license validation

Using Agentarivm requires an account, created by signing in with GitHub; from GitHub we receive your account identifier, username and email address, which we keep to operate your account and plan. The manager then confirms your plan against our licensing service approximately once a day. Each check sends: your account identity, an anonymous machine identifier (a random value generated on your machine — it encodes nothing about the hardware), and the software version. We record these with a timestamp and the request's IP address (as any server does) and use them solely to operate the licensing system and detect use outside a plan's scope — for example, one account active on many machines. Validation data is never joined with anything about your code or sessions, because nothing about them ever reaches us. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protecting the license (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Buying an Indie or Pro subscription

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch us. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, country, and subscription status, which we use to provide the license, send invoices and receipts, and comply with tax law. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Enterprise licensing and invoicing

Enterprise licenses are arranged by email and billed by invoice. For that we process the contact and billing details you provide — name, company, address, VAT ID — to prepare the agreement and the invoice, and to comply with tax law. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Visiting this website

The site and its downloads are served by Cloudflare (Pages and R2). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to deliver the site and defend it against abuse; it acts as our processor for this. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and set no cookies.

6. Writing to us

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as answering and running the business requires (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with our infrastructure processor — Cloudflare — and never sell it. Where data is processed outside the EEA, transfers rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Invoicing records are kept for the retention period Slovenian tax law prescribes (up to 10 years). License and validation records are kept while the license exists and for a short period after. Correspondence is kept while the relationship lasts and deleted when no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to marcel@stelynx.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Changes

The current policy is always at this address, with its date above. Material changes will be announced to license holders by email.
